What’s up y’all!! Y’all know the motto..Let’s get into it….
So today is the first day of my official workout. As I’ve stated in my last post, I did a weight in today and I’m just so…..disappointed in myself y’all. My last weight in I weighed 160 before my journey. My official weigh in today is 167.2 ( 4th of July and days after I was bad) *crickets* LoL.
Today right after this post I’m heading to the gym to get my workout in. Today I’m feeling very motivated. I had a very huge boost….COFFEE!!!! I’m a huge coffee person. I cannot go a day without my coffee. I find that having coffee before my workout gives me more of a boost to kill it in the gym.
Today I woke up at 10:00 am so that’s good that I’m starting to work on my sleep pattern. Now if I can stay like that, that would be wonderful. I really have to learn to stay off my phone at night and learn to cut television down to a minimum also because I love social media and I love binge watching, especially Huli. I love my Hulu, but we must part ways late at night. *tear drops*.
I went grocery shopping last night. ( will be doing a food haul post later). I’ve learned to eat before I go grocery shopping so I don’t go crazy in the grocery store picking out food that I really don’t need or want. So that’s a tip. NEVER go grocery shopping hungry.
