Soooo Let’s get into it.
As you can see as of today I weigh 160.2. I have to say I’m feeling way better from the past few days. I was so exhausted but feeling 100% better.
Today I did my workout and pulled through. I just always have to update my playlist on my ipod to keep me pumped. I have to always have new music. I try to build a playlist for an hour and a half to get me through my whole session so I don’t have to go looking for a song. I need my workout songs! That’s a must.
I’ve been using the app “Pump Up”. That app gives me so much inspiration. I get great ideas and workouts from other people on there. It’s a great community of people on their journey to staying in shape or get healthy.
As a reward for this month I think I’m going to buy myself a new workout outfit. I think it’s always nice to reward yourself for your milestones that’s not food related. So I’m super excited about that.
