Motivation To Get Up And Running

CVnrsMZU8AAICepSo it’s 7:00 am and you hit that snooze button only to have smashed the button three times after that and before you know it, time has left you.Well…..I’m going to help you get it back with three tips to help you get going in the morning for that early morning workout.

1.SLEEP IN YOUR WORKOUT CLOTHES. I’m just going to be straight honest. It takes me awhile to get going in the morning. I move slowly because I’m not fully up and I’m unmotivated to do anything at that moment. Sleeping in your workout clothes gives you that push to get that workout in. No excuses. Your clothes are already on.

2. BREAKFAST TIME!  I will be honest with you, I don’t always eat breakfast before my workouts in the morning. It really depends on how I’m feeling when I wake up. If I’m not feeling 100%, I get a good carb breakfast meal to get me going. I wait around after that to get my energy then I get going. ( never go if you aren’t feeling well, listen to your body).

3. FACE TIME!  Washing your face in the morning helps wake you up and also gets rid of the germs on you face from your pillow. You will soon feel your pores open and it feels soooo good and tingly. You will be ready to head out the door in no time.
