Soooo as always let’s get into this…
I hope each and every one of you had a wonderful thanksgiving. As mine was great, a little to great.
So as you guys know I’m just now getting back into my workout routine. My last weight in I was 169. Last Sunday, I was 167. Now I am at 170. Y’all ( shakes head) I just don’t know what happened. I mean, I know what happened but…(scratches head). I’m human and I’m still learning as I go. Weight loss and fitness is all about trial and error. Finding out what works best for YOU!
I’m trying not to be so hard on myself. Although I still stuck to drinking water over anything this thanksgiving so I’m happy about that. I’m sharing this with you all to inspire someone out there that may be feeling down about their journey. I’m just like you.I’m doing trial and error still. I’m still learning will power and everything in between. Learn to pick yourself up and keep it moving.
My boyfriend’s sister who is a health coach gave me advice the other day to do a detox. So I will be doing one sometime this week. I will post my results from that afterwards. I am now about to be on my way to the gym and I will check back in with you all later.
